SD Graphic Design is based in Croatia and ships to customers across the EU and worldwide.
Digital Products Digital files (such as graphic design assets, templates, or downloads) are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. No shipping applies to digital orders.
Physical Products For printed or physical items, orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Estimated delivery times:
- Croatia: [5–10] business days
- EU countries: [5–10] business days
- Rest of the world: [10–20] business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Delays While we do our best to meet these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues outside our control.
